Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Movokit ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
Movokit is a travel tracking platform designed for digital nomads. The Service allows users to track trips, manage residences, store travel documents, and monitor time spent in different countries for personal organization purposes.
User Accounts
Account Creation
To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep it updated.
Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time through the account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Subscriptions & Payments
Free Plan
Basic features included at no cost
Pro Plan
All features unlocked with subscription
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. You will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify pricing. Changes will be communicated in advance and apply to subsequent billing periods.
User Content
Your Content: You retain ownership of all content you upload (travel data, documents, etc.). By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display it solely to provide the Service.
Prohibited Content: You agree not to upload content that:
- Violates any applicable law or regulation
- Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
- Contains malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Is fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
- Use automated means to access the Service without permission
- Share your account with others or create multiple accounts

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
MOVOKIT IS NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL TAX, LEGAL, OR IMMIGRATION ADVICE. USERS ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ENSURING COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE LAWS AND REGULATIONS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MOVOKIT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
Changes
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
